Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment Terms

Distance Calculation: KMs are charged garage-to-garage for accurate billing.
Minimum Distance: Minimum 250 km per day for outstation bookings from Jaipur.
Additional Charges: Parking, toll charges, and state taxes are charged as per actuals.
GST: All applicable taxes (GST) are extra and will be added to the final bill.
Payment Policy: Payment terms and credit policy as per mutual agreement.
Driver Allowance: ₹250 per day for driver's food and accommodation (for outstation trips).
Waiting Charges: ₹50 per hour after the first 30 minutes of waiting time.
Night Charges: Additional ₹200 for bookings between 10 PM to 6 AM.

Cancellation Policy

24+ Hours: No cancellation charges
12-24 Hours: 25% of booking amount
Less than 12 Hours: 50% of booking amount
No Show: Full booking amount
